1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of

(hereinafter "CASA CORPO", "we or us"
by consumers and business customers (hereinafter "customers").

Deviating terms and conditions of customers shall not be recognized unless CASA CORPO
expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but
rather an invitation to place an order.
2.2. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase
agreement.
2.3. The contract is concluded as soon as CASA CORPO accepts the order by sending an order
confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
3.1. All prices are quoted in Euros and include statutory value added tax (VAT).
3.2. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
3.3. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees
may apply, which must be borne by the customer.

4. Payment
4.1. Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop (e.g. credit card,
PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments).
4.2. CASA CORPO reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
4.3. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery
5.1. Deliveries are made within Germany and to selected other countries. Available delivery
countries are visible during the ordering process.
5.2. Delivery times are specified on the respective product page.
5.3. If an item is temporarily unavailable, CASA CORPO will inform the customer immediately.

5.4. Partial deliveries are permissible provided they are reasonable for the customer.
5.5. CASA CORPO bears the risk of the goods being lost or damaged during transit. The risk
transfers to the customer upon receipt of the goods by the customer.

6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of CASA CORPO until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Cancellation
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of cancellation. Details are set out in the Cancellation
Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC and can be accessed on the website.
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their
seal was removed after delivery (e.g. opened socks or yoga mats),
• custom-made or personalized products.

8. Returns and Refunds
8.1. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
8.2. The customer shall bear the return shipping costs, provided that the delivered goods correspond
to those ordered.
8.3. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in unused, flawless condition.
8.4. Following inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed via the original
payment method used.

9. Warranty
9.1. Statutory warranty rights apply.
9.2. CASA CORPO is not liable for damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or lack
of care.
9.3. In the event of justified defects, CASA CORPO will, at its own discretion, remedy the defect or
supply a replacement.

10. Liability
10.1. CASA CORPO is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
10.2. In cases of simple negligence, CASA CORPO is liable only for damage resulting from the
breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable damage typical for the
contract.
10.3. Any further liability is excluded.
10.4. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

11. Data Protection
CASA CORPO processes personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data
protection laws, in particular the GDPR. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Copyrights
All text, images, graphics, and other content in the online shop are protected by copyright. Any use
without explicit written consent from CASA CORPO is prohibited.
a. Product Representation and AI-Generated Content
For individual product images in our shop, we use AI-supported image editing, for instance for
lifestyle visuals or supplementary representations. Corresponding images are labeled accordingly on
the respective products. Actual products may differ slightly in details such as color shades or
settings from the representation.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1. German law shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention (CISG).
13.2. Where permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Munich.

14. Amendments to these GTC
CASA CORPO reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of
the order shall apply.

15. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall
remain unaffected.
