Shipping Costs and Delivery Areas

We ship our products within Germany, to countries within the European Union, as well as to selected international countries.

Germany
Standard shipping: €5.99
Free shipping: for orders of €80.00 or more 

European Union
Standard shipping: €13.99 

International
Standard shipping: €19.99

Delivery Times
Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–5 business days. For shipping to other EU countries, delivery time is approx. 5–10 business days, and for international shipments approx. 10–15 business days. 

Please note that we have no control over potential delays caused by customs or local delivery services outside the EU.

Shipping Providers

Shipping is handled by reliable shipping providers (e.g. DHL or Deutsche Post). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

Customs and Taxes for International Orders
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. These are not included in the purchase price.

Returns:
If you are ever not satisfied with a delivery, you can return it unopened and within the statutory period to our return address. Please contact us in advance and read the information on further procedure in our Cancellation Policy.
